Once you have chosen your preferred site or park together with your layout/ design specification. The next step is to pay a 30% deposit direct to the factory in order that they may schedule production for your individual order. The deposit and balance payments are payable in euros direct from your bank by telegraphic transfer. Please note that deposits are non returnable. The factory is part of a multi million group of Park Developers that has been trading extremely successfully for thirty years.
 

Once your order has been completed you have a chance to inspect your new home at the factory if you wish. The balance payment of 70% then falls due. A two year warranty on your home then applies. All electrical appliances come with their individual one year warranty.
 

Site contracts are issued once your home is delivered to your chosen park. All site fees are payable directly to the individual park.
